Samaritan Center program hopes to provide Halloween gear for area children

Hard times are creating a so-called perfect storm of shortages at the Samaritan Center, and it may impact Halloween for some children.

That's why the center's supporters are asking for your assistance with their program to donate costumes to kids of the families they serve.
